Clarissa the good witch

Top student at witch academy Clarissa loved to do lots of magic. though there was one difference between her and the other students. Clarissa loved bright colors, which is unusual for a witch. they are supposed to be dark and deadly, not bright and colorful. the students mocked her because of that,  but only to each other, because despite her looks Clarissa had mastered every kind of magic a witch could have. But Clarissa could hear there whispers. she always thought she wasn't good enough because of it, but when she was summoned to the high witch council, the most powerful witches in the world, and they asked her what she wanted to do. She said she wanted to help others, and not hurt anyone. The council agreed, and she became known as the "good witch" because of her bright clothing, and how she always loved to smile, and grant people wishes. She still did missions, that witches were supposed to do, but every Halloween she stopped, and helped out the humans who went out and played around, getting candy and partying. Invisible to them though, she gives them what their heart desires.
So when you see a bright light in the middle of the night on Halloween, rejoice for Clarissa is granting your wishes.
